I worked out today, overheated and got a headache. But I didnt kill myself on that BOSU thing - which seems to be invented specifically for that purpose. But for a few moments I was having lots of fun bouncing like I was on a trampoline.
I need tighter shoes - until then I will stick with yoga and bike.

Strawberry Shortcake
apparently upon seeing my 3 year-old niece in her halloween costume and pink hair that my brother and mother had to blow dry twice for the effect, my future ex-sister-in-law remarked, "she looks like a freak". um, hmmm, IT'S HALLOWEEN!! my niece wouldn't smile for the next 2 hours. Great start T. on destroying your childs self-esteem before it's fully formed.

New Blog!
I am using tripods blog builder to have a blog on my website. Was up til 5am on the night shift and now cant get to sleep (its 2pm). So I am editing my website! Going to post some pictures too.
So we flew into Gallipolis last night. The ground transport asked who was the pilot. I said I was one of them. Apparently they did not believe me because I had my company sweatshirt on over my uniform while the captain had on a long sleeve (according to them "fancy") shirt on because he was out of laundry.
2am, foggy, no one around, airport locked up and the mothman right across the river at point pleasant...:)
